Terms and Conditions

Payments Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We will send you an email confirming your booking with the full details of the workshop.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking you must contact us by email replying to your booking confirmation, or through the Contact us Form on the website. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving notice.

Refunds are calculated as follows; if your cancellation is:

  • One month or more ahead of the workshop date – Full refund. Minus £5 admin fee.
  • Less than one month of the workshop date – 50% refund. Minus £5 admin fee.
  • Less than 1 week notice – no refund.

There is also the option to forego the refund and move the booking to an alternative date if there is availability.

Agreement

By making a booking through this website you are entering into the following agreement:

If I cancel my booking I understand that I must notify Eighteen Percent Grey by replying to the confirmation email or via the Contact us Form on the website giving details of the booking and workshop date.

I understand that during the workshop/excursion I may visit various locations both indoor and outdoor and appropriate clothing and footwear is my responsibility. I am responsible for my own equipment and personal safety when visiting, or travelling to or from these locations.

I acknowledge that any images taken on the day of the workshop by myself or the facilitator can be used, in any medium, for any purpose by Eighteen Percent Grey.

I acknowledge that if I do not want any images that identify me, taken by other students or the workshop facilitator during the workshop to be used by Eighteen Percent Grey I must inform the facilitator on the day of the workshop.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances Eighteen Percent Grey are to cancel a workshop I will be offered a full refund or an alternative space on an alternative date.

We will contact you by email where possible, but we ask for your telephone number when booking a workshop in case we have to contact you urgently

Insurance

We would advise that you obtain adequate insurance for your photographic equipment.

During workshops your equipment may be subject to the weather and accidental damage.

We are not responsible for any damage or loss of your photographic equipment, transportation or belongings whilst participating in our workshops.
